Dylan's first public performance
I went to Dylan's school Christmas program this week. Dylan was quite the ham at his first school musical. Look for the picture below to see him looking for us in the audience. You can see all the pictures and read all about Carla, Daniel and Dylan at her blogspot at hilburnfamily.blogspot.com. The program was so cute and ofcourse I thought Dylan was the star. Carla was so excited about her baby's first program. Ofcourse cool daddy Daniel was his usual laid back self, but he was totally into it too. During the program, Dylan discovered his tie and started playing with it. Pretty soon all the little boys around him who had on ties were playing with theirs too. He's going to be a natural mischief maker like his dad and mom!

A Family Picture At Last!
For about five years now I have been trying to get my kids and grandkids together for a family picture. Well, Carla, Donna and I finally suceeded in dragging Jona all the way kicking and protesting and threatening to leave if the photographer didn't get to us in the next few minutes. I think my son may be a bit camera shy. He is a great photographer, but doesn't like to be in front of the camera. When we finally got into the studio, a really sweet (and flirtaceous) lady got him to cooperate. As you can see from the photos, he (and the rest of my loves) looks great!
